ABOUT
My desire to know and work with the challenges facing leaders in complex enterprises began with my own experiences. I had several careers before becoming an executive coach: as a partner in a boutique consultancy, a senior manager in a Big Four firm, and a global leader in the executive development function at IBM.
My work as an artist and mask-maker informs my coaching. Taking up a new role can feel like donning a mask, the fear of being unmasked can arise when doubt arises, and at times one can wish to shed a mask and bring more of oneself into view.
I am a candidate scholar at the Lacanian School of Psychoanalysis. Lacan's insights about language and the unconscious shape my work.
Every coaching engagement is customized to meet your singular needs. Typically, some meetings will take place in person at your office, complemented with coaching over the phone or Zoom. Observing team meetings, interviewing stakeholders, or finding other ways to include the perspective of the systems you’re part of can be designed into the work. Every situation is different and flexible arrangements are made to accommodate your specific needs.
While a typical engagement starts with a six to twelve- month contract, your psyche will be a better guide for how long we work together.
